ADHD Medication Tracker for iOS

Make sense of your ADHD medication days

Log medication, caffeine, symptoms, sleep, and mood, then compare them with an estimated timeline of when medication activity may rise, peak, ease, and clear.

Estimated timelines based on published models. Not medical advice.

Built around the details that shape your day

One place for the timing, observations, and context you already track, without gamification or medical claims.

See the timeline, keep the estimate in perspective

FocusCurve turns each logged dose into an estimated curve based on its active ingredient, formulation, timing, and your profile. It is a model to compare with your own observations, not a measurement of your body or a promise of effect.

Medication and caffeine on one timeline

Log coffee, tea, or another caffeine source beside your medication. FocusCurve shows their estimated overlap and how that overlap relates to the model's sleep-clear time.

Plan around an estimated sleep window

FocusCurve estimates when modeled medication and caffeine activity may fall below your configured sleep threshold. It is a planning aid, not a guarantee of when you will fall asleep.

Your profile, not one generic timeline

FocusCurve starts with published population models, then adjusts the estimate using the profile and observations you provide. Individual response can still differ.

A visible record when memory is fuzzy

FocusCurve keeps your latest logged dose visible and can show a duplicate-dose awareness prompt. It never decides whether you should take medication; follow your prescription and ask your clinician when unsure.

IR, XR, and OROS — each one different

Ritalin IR, LA, Medikinet CR, Concerta, Adderall IR, XR, Vyvanse, and Elvanse use formulation-specific release profiles. Regional brand names are included where supported.

Real screens, not mockups. What you see is what you get.

From setup to your first curve

No account or health-data cloud. Your health records stay on your device.

Complete a short setup

Choose your medication and schedule, then add the profile details you want the model to use. These answers refine an estimate; they are not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

Log your dose

Tap once to log your medication or caffeine. FocusCurve remembers your usual dose and formulation. Quick-log from a notification with a single tap.

See your curve

The estimated timeline refreshes as you log doses and caffeine. Compare modeled rise, peak, fade, clearance, and sleep timing with what you record during the day.

Common questions

Is FocusCurve a medical device?

No. FocusCurve is a visualization and educational tool. It uses published models to provide estimates of how your medication and caffeine levels change over time. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide specific medical recommendations.

Which medications does FocusCurve support?

FocusCurve supports 50+ medication names and formulations across methylphenidate, amphetamine, selected non-stimulants, and caffeine. Brand names vary by market, so choose the matching active ingredient and release type if your package uses another local name.

Where is my data stored?

Medication, caffeine, symptom, mood, sleep, note, and inventory records stay in the app on your device. Limited non-health information may be processed for App Store purchases, optional analytics, crash diagnostics, or support. The Privacy Policy lists every provider and choice.

Which purchase options are available?

FocusCurve and the Apple purchase sheet show the exact options, localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and trial eligibility before confirmation. Options may include monthly or annual Plus subscriptions and a Lifetime purchase. Eligible prior paid-version customers keep Plus access.

How accurate are the estimates?

FocusCurve uses published models, but individual response varies. Its timelines are approximate educational estimates, not measurements or guarantees. Compare them with your own records and discuss medical questions with your clinician.

Can I share my data with my clinician?

Yes. FocusCurve can create a clinician-ready PDF from records you choose. Review it first, then share it using the standard iOS share sheet.

Your day has a pattern. Make it legible.

Keep your doses, caffeine, symptoms, sleep, and mood together, then compare them with an estimated timeline built from the information you record.
